Keith Caver Talent Management Principal - East Region – Right Management
Throughout his consulting career, Keith has coached executive and senior leaders across a myriad Fortune 500 and global organizations from a variety of sectors including energy, finance, auto/manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Keith is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with extensive global command and strategic operational experience in some of the world’s most challenging regions. Upon retiring from the military, he joined the business sector, where he led a global leadership "think tank’s" customized business unit responsible for client management, program design, faculty development, content formulation, delivery, and quality for North America. He has facilitated strategy sessions and provided guidance to the highest level leaders in the U.S. congress, Fortune 500 organizations, the military, and non-profit/educational institutions.
Keith holds a B.S. (magna cum laude) from Park University and an M.S. from the Air Force Institute of Technology and is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill’s Senior Executive Program. Keith is the author, co-author, or contributor on numerous publications, including Leading in Black and White: Working Across the Racial Divide in Corporate America; Business Leadership; The Handbook of Leadership Development; and "Dear White Boss", which appeared in the Harvard Business Review.
