D. Hector McEachern - EVP-Corporate Businesses Business Partner Director, Wachovia - Charlotte, NC
Mr. McEachern has been with the company since 1980 and has held various positions such as Chief Diversity Officer, Manager of Corporate HR, HR Manager for State Banking and Retail Financial Services, and Personnel Officer to name a few
his current position is with Corporate Businesses which provides executive leadership for Human Resources activities in Risk Management, Finance, Audit, Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Relations, Marketing, and Operations & Technology.
He is a graduate of Fayetteville State University and completed the Darden Partnership program at the University of Virginia and the Wachovia Senior Management Development program at Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is a member of Board of Trustees for Guilford College, Board of Advisors, The Bankers Magazine and Board of Advisors, The Children's Home Society of N.C.
