Beth Bennett - Vice President Organizational Development, Time Warner Cable - Charlotte, NC
Beth Bennett is Vice President of Organization Development in Time Warner Cables Corporate Human Resources group in Charlotte, N.C. In this role, she is responsible for design and implementation of talent planning, performance management and leadership development programs. In her tenure with TWC, Beth has also been responsible for the development and dissemination of communications related to HR programs and services to 46,000+ employees and coordination of project management activity for all HR activities associated with acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring of TWC operating and sales organizations.
For almost 30 years, Beth has held leadership positions in HR organizations with a focus on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, communications, and employee relations initiatives. In addition to her 11 years at Time Warner Cable, Beth has an HR background in the consulting, natural resources and commercial airline industries. Beth is active in the Women in Cable Television (WICT) Carolinas Chapter and is a member of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools Parent University Advisory Council.
Beth holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and has completed graduate studies courses in human resource development at Rochester Institute of Technology.
